I’m excited to offer our first ever workout program on our Legends Daily Platform.
In this program you will learn how to effectively engage all of your lower body muscles and build solid lean muscle. The best part of this program is that it can be entirely done at home without any equipment necessary! Additionally, you may use equipment to your benefit if you desire to do so and will be explained in detail through the video demonstrations.
This program is for anyone that is up to take the challenge, regardless of your fitness expertise. One will learn the the proper way to engage in all movements necessary to complete the program.
This program is structured for the user to complete in 4 weeks (3 days each week). Ideally it can be a supplementation to your normal workout routine. The difficulty of this program will escalate as the weeks progress and will definitely make you break a sweat each day while shaping your glutes.
